Is it really free for clients?
Yes, Vynt does not charge commission from clients. You pay the professional directly — by any convenient method you both agree upon.
What happens after booking?
Your booking instantly appears in your calendar and the professional's calendar. You will receive a confirmation, and the professional will be aware of your visit. You can review booking details at any time.
Can I contact the professional before booking?
The main principle of Vynt is self-booking. Professional details, including potentially their contact information, will be available in their profile after booking. To clarify service details, information in the profile and service description is usually sufficient.
What if I can't find available time?
This rarely happens. Make sure you've checked all available dates in the professional's calendar. Try finding another professional or check the calendar later — professionals regularly update their schedule.
Can I pay for the service through Vynt?
No. Vynt is not involved in the payment process. You and the professional agree directly on the payment method and complete the transaction outside the Vynt platform.
