Do I need my own company to use Vynt Pro?
No. In Estonia, you can legally provide services as a private individual without mandatory business registration, provided it complies with local legislation.
What is the cost of using Vynt Pro?
Vynt Pro offers free use of basic features for schedule management. Subscription terms or fees for additional features may be specified in your personal account.
How do clients book with me?
Clients find your profile via search or a direct link, view your calendar, and select a convenient free time slot for self-booking. You will receive a notification of a new booking.
Can I decline or change a booking?
Yes, you have full control over your schedule. You can cancel or reschedule a booking, coordinating with the client; they will receive a notification.
How is payment for services handled?
Payment is made directly from the client to you, by agreement (cash, bank transfer, or other method). Vynt is not involved in financial transactions between the professional and the client.
